We will assist in facilitating the warranty process with the supplier or manufacturer.

Warranty claims may require:

Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

CPA Protection (South Africa)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • You are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty

  • Defective products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded

This applies provided the product has not been misused or damaged.
