If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural.

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days of receiving the Goods, without providing a reason.

The cancellation period expires 7 days from the date of delivery, or from the date on which a third party appointed by You (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods.

Once Your return is received and approved, We will process Your refund within 7–14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original Order.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days

  • The Goods are in their original packaging

  • The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received

  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

  • Goods that are perishable or have passed their expiry date

  • Goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened

  • Goods that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Refunds apply to regular priced items only. Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for refunds unless required by applicable law.

Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance – South Africa

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Customers are entitled to a 6-month implied warranty on all Goods

  • If a product is defective, unsafe, or not as described, You may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of purchase

  • This applies only if the product has not been misused, damaged, or altered

We reserve the right to inspect returned Goods to assess whether the issue falls under CPA guidelines.

Manufacturer Warranty

Certain products may include a manufacturer’s warranty, which may vary depending on the brand and product.

  • Warranty periods and terms are set by the manufacturer, not MSJ Concepts

  • Claims under manufacturer warranties may require the item to be sent to the supplier or authorized repair center

  • We will assist in facilitating warranty claims where possible, but processing times may vary

Returning Goods

To start a return, You must first contact Us:

If Your return is approved, We will provide instructions on how and where to send the Goods.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service

  • We are not responsible for Goods lost or damaged during return transit

Refunds will only be processed once the Goods are received or proof of delivery is provided.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, You will receive a store credit or gift voucher once the returned item is received.

If the Goods were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
