Thank you for shopping with MSJ Concepts.

We offer Standard Nationwide Delivery for R100 per order and Free Shipping on orders over R1,000.

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive confirmation and tracking details (where applicable).

Orders may take longer to process during peak periods, promotions, or due to stock availability.


Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and PUDO, to deliver orders throughout South Africa.

Standard Nationwide Delivery: R100 per order.

Free Shipping: Available on orders of R1,000 or more.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Nationwide Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS or WhatsApp

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect delivery information

MSJ Concepts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.


Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping details are correct.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or corrections.


Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery

  • Or return the parcel to us

Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos and order details

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within South Africa.

If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be provided at checkout.
